I. COACHING

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by contacting your coach directly and provide 24 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be considered forfeited and not be eligible for make-ups.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on coaching services that have been delivered.

II. ONLINE COURSES

30 DAY REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on nRecovery can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request meets the following policy guidelines :

While our 30-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

– A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

– Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.

– Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.

– Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our policies.

IV. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

EXCHANGES

We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that was sold by nRecovery and is defective or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective or damaged merchandise.

REFUNDS

You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return undamaged physical item(s) sold by nRecovery. If the request is received on or before the 30th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request you may receive a full refund; otherwise no refund will be issued. Items must be returned complete and undamaged.

RETURNING SUPPLEMENTS

Any unopened, untampered with currently marketable supplement products may be returned within 30-days after purchase for a full refund. Any opened supplements are not eligible for a refund. If a refund is requested on or after the 31st day or if the product is opened when received, you will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only. The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

V. SUBSCRIPTIONS

REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

nRecovery’s subscriptions plans do not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law (see below). If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged.

Depending on where you’re located, you may be entitled to a refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your account. Learn more about exceptions for subscription refunds, when required by law.

We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law. These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

VI. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you returned a digital or physical product please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded. If after two weeks you do not see your refund appear, please first call your bank or credit card to confirm whether it is pending. If the bank or credit card does not see your refund pending and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at [email protected].

CREDIT ONLY REFUNDS

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using nRecovery credits, provided it otherwise meets our 30-day refund policy.

If your course purchase is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be indicated on the course page.

VII. THIRD-PARTIES

PURCHASES PROCESSED BY A THIRD-PARTY VENDOR

Since the payment for the purchase was processed by the third-party vendor, we do not have the transaction on file and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY SALE OR PROMOTION

If you paid for coaching services, enrolled in a course or made any purchase through a third-party sale or promotion on a third-party platform/site (for example: a company is selling or giving away nRecovery courses), please contact the third-party directly to request a refund. nRecovery does not have access to the necessary information to review or process these refund requests.

VIII. INTERNATIONAL

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.

INTERNATIONAL SUPPLEMENTS ORDERS

We currently only ship supplements within the United States. If an international order is processed we cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive; all fees from customs, tariffs, or any other fees or loss incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not permit international refunds on supplements.
