The Preparing for Success – The Blueprint category is a training module designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the business plan blueprint that will help a startup or emerging business make crucial business decisions for defining and maximizing resources, setting business goals, understanding customers, defining and understanding their industry, defining a marketing strategy and understanding the financial aspects of the business.

Our Small Business Training Program offers an Entrepreneur Development Curriculum that consists of a series of webinars that provide knowledge and perspective about entrepreneurial processes. Participants completing the series of webinars will be able to develop skills that will allow them to think analytically, solve problems, learn what they need to develop ideas into successful businesses, and how to increase entrepreneurial opportunities.
