The Aroma Freedom Technique has initiated a new understanding of how quick and easy it can be to let go of negative thoughts, feelings, and memories that hold people back from achieving their dreams.

Angela will begin the event with sharing more information about how scent impacts memory and emotions. She will then share how those memories and emotions have you stuck in patterns you desperately want to move through so you can achieve your goals and dreams.

Having essential oils is not required for attending this event. If you do have access to Young Living essential oils, please have your favorites available. Angela will be using a combination of the following YLEOs during the AFT Session that will be part of this event: Lavender, Frankincense, Stress Away, Inner Child, Release, Transformation. Optional oil blends are Believe, Magnify Your Purpose and Clarity.

As an attendee of this event you can choose to watch the AFT Session or participate using whatever YLEOs, herbs or fruit you have on hand. If you choose to participate in the AFT Session, please have paper, a writing utensil and your favorite YLEOs available.

Here is what will happen during the AFT Session:

Angela will ask you to identify a goal or intention you would like to bring about – something that you would like to see change in your life. She will then lead you through the 12 steps of the Aroma Freedom Technique process.

You can expect to feel great after the call with a new feeling of optimism and confidence that you can accomplish the goal that you have set.

As part of the process, you will be invited to share their experiences in the chat area – this is totally optional, but it allows others to see the blocks and the breakthroughs that are occurring.
