[ONLINE] Love Yourself Now with Art Journaling

Self-healing can require a lot of us! If you’ve explored self-compassion, personal growth and/or therapy, you know that while healing is sacred ~ it can also be intense. You may have had experiences where you dug deep and ended up feeling exhausted and depleted. There’s no getting around the fact that healing can take us to uncomfortable places. But sometimes we need to lighten up; we want to heal but we need it to be more easeful.

**Love Yourself Now with Art Journaling** will give you fun and practical tools for your self-compassion toolbox. It’s a concrete, fun and simple way to approach a topic that often feels abstract, hard and complicated. If you struggle with self-judgment ~ maybe you know you need to be kinder to yourself but don’t know how or where to start ~ these tools can help!

This workshop is about learning to connect with the young, playful part of you, while also staying grounded in your adult self. You’ll be guided in how to show up heart-first, with more joy, so you can continue on your healing journey with less heaviness and exhaustion.

In this free training you will:

🎨 ​​ add art journaling to your self-compassion toolkit so healing feels easier

🧑‍🎨 rewrite the inner critic’s stories creatively so those harsh words no longer have power over you

🌻 walk away with an effective, gentle (and fun!) way to love yourself whenever life feels difficult ~ instead of losing yourself to unhelpful habits

**A note about art journaling supplies:**
If you can, please have a mixed media pad or heavier-weight paper, a waterproof black marker, some watercolors, a brush, a bowl of water and a paper towel. If you don’t have these supplies, don’t worry! Just bring what you’ve got ~ a piece of paper and something to write/draw with will work, too!

Note: This will be a different format than the usual monthly group ~ more of a teaching/webinar style than a discussion, though I will make it as fun and interactive as possible, and there will be time at the end for any questions you may have. ❤️
